When a user logon to windows windows make its profile under c:\documents and settings folder. How we can change this ? very easy.. Open regedit and goto:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
and edit ProfilesDirectory key. for example D:\Profiles
and restart the computer.
IMPORTANT: if user logged on this pc before you do this, its profile will stay in the old place.. You should move it if you want.

1. Take a backup of config.xml and websense.ini incase you need to roll back. Both can be found in the …\Websense\bin directory.
2. Stop both Websense Filtering Service and Websense Policy Server Service.
3. Edit config.xml in Wordpad or any text editor of your choice
4. Search for the string “k209″. You should see a line like this:
<data name=”K2097153″>8FBF725D498D0BB074A2BC896ECA939097611D5B530EF639</data>
The password is the long encrypted string – so:
<data name=”K2097153″>password</data>
You need to delete the password – so it should look like this:
<data name=”K2097153″></data>
5. Save config.xml
6. Delete config.xml.bak
7. Restart both Websense Filtering Service and Websense Policy Server Service
8. When you log onto Websense it should now ask you for a new password
